Two men and a truck have always done a good job for us, this last time we were shocked when we asked the guys if the could wear something over their shoes to protect our new homes floors they said they were not allowed to because they could slip. We've had probably 30 men in and out of our home the last two weeks for various reasons and they ALL put coverings over their feet without us even asking!!!

The overall experience was excellent. There were just a couple of little problems. I asked them not to pack a few specific items as they were being donated to a homeless outreach in the city I used to live and it got packed and brought to my new apt 2 hours away. So needless to say the didn't get donated. And for some reason they packed the grease catcher from one of the burners on the stove and not sure why. But otherwise they were very professional and I would use them again.

They took better care than I imagined. For just moving a couch a few miles I expected them to just put it in the truck and go but they took the time to wrap it. Thank you. Only complaint is they need to have a CC reader so the card number is not written on the paperwork. I really was not comfortable with that

From start to finish, the crew was amazing! The crew was personable, friendly, hard-working, and efficient. They continually updated me about what was happening next. It was a cold, snowy day and they worked so hard. Hats off to Austin, Adam, Austin, Sam, Carlos, and Alfred! Outstanding crew and great people. They all deserve a bonus. They represent your company well.

The lead mover had poor attitude. When asked to document some damages, he became a bit aggressive and refused to do so. Then he talked to someone on the phone and finally agreed to take pictures of the damage. Don't appreciate aggressive behavior.

The move was easy from start to finish, beginning with the office team, they set it up with no hassle. The day of the move the truck was on time, all three men introduced themselves, and were exceptional in their attitude. The move was completed quickly and with no damage, every piece was wrapped and cared for. I will most certainly use this company again and would gladly recommend them.

The men showed up and immediately walked thru with me about what I needed them to move. Then without stopping quickly and efficiently loaded up and off we went and did the same with unloading. They treated my belongings like it was their own.
