While the two gentlemen that made our move for us were very professional the fact that each item was individually wrapped and covered for a andquot;1andquot; mile move was extremely bothersome. This caused the move to be only 1/2 complete as I had items to be sent to storage as well as our new residence. With all of the time taken to individually wrap each item there was no time to get the items for storage and this was never discussed in the contact with your office staff. I will never use this company again and will make sure that everyone I know is aware of this practice.

My friend offered me her treadmill and I needed to have it moved from her basement to my house, just across the street and two houses down. It was a small job, and I thought something most companies couldn't be bothered with. I was wrong. Your company offered a flat rate for the small move, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. The treadmill was disassembled and hand-carried to my house, and reassembled in the room I had chosen in less than an hour.

Julio and Marquis were incredible! They worked so well together and were a pleasure to have in our home. We have a fridge that was over sized and they actually took the time to carefully bring it to the back of the house using the metal slat from the truck by laying it down and picking it up repeatedly until it was at the back door. I was impressed about how much they cared about us the homeowners, and doing everything possible to get us moved in completely. We have another project and will call Two Men and a Truck again; hopefully we'll be lucky enough to get Julio and Marquis again. We hope they are appreciated by the company; the peace of mind they gave us would be invaluable to any homeowner.

The office staff was not what I hope them to be.. nor were they attention to detai especially commuicating with the packersl!! Need better customer service skills!! Now as far as the packing crew they did great!!
