My moving team was awesome!!! They had to do 3 flights of stairs to empty my apt, a flight of starts to empty my storage unit, and another flight up to my new apt. They made an additional stop to pick up a loveseat which they had to reassemble at my new place. They asked where I wanted everything and were very pleasant when I would asked them to center a piece of furniture. They were the best!

Setting up the move was very easy thanks to your efficient and knowledgeable office personnel. The moving crew arrived on time and were courteous and respectful of my belongings. As a retired U.S. Postal Service manager, I was trained to recognize & cultivate outstanding customer service skills. My moving team of Dan & Justin were simply exceptional! They each displayed many strong leadership qualities like being professional, personable, & knowledgeable. Great employees are difficult to find & retain. These men probably deserve a raise!!

I've hired moving teams 10x in the past 5 years and I have never seen such ineffective use of time or energy. The team took a one day job and attempted to draw it out to 3 days to rack up more fees. They openly ignored our requests and directions and argued with me. They packed our valuable items carelessly with multiple glass items together with now wrapping. I fired them mid job.
