Never been so disappointed in a "service" in my life. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Took only HALF OUR PACKED TOTES, left the mattress they charged us for, left all the carts the office staff was told they were to bring, called us repeatedly about the date/time/arrival/could they pour out the water from the freezer before they could bring it, etc, THEN charged us for the whole thing. A job half done.
