The communication between the back end and staff performing the move is poor; we had opted for unpacking services. And thus, we now left with unpacking tons of boxes. Clothes were packed with waste bins; towels were packed with shoes - are we expected to wash every thing!Kitchen stuff was not packed properly leading to leaks! The call back staff only kept apologizing with no resolutions provided!
