How long have you been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK? Collectively, I've been with the company for 3 years and 7 months
What brought you back to TMT? I came back for the opportunity for advancement! I knew that It would take some patience on my end to wait until a position opened up, but I knew that my dedication to the job would lead me to a management position sooner rather than later. If that opportunity never presented itself, I still felt like I was in a good position to be able to financially support myself and my family due to the pay structure and bonus set-up.
What is your favorite thing about working here? Well, this may constitute as 2... but, My favorite thing about working at TMT is the comradery and transparency between all employees. I'm a big fan of being able to express myself concerning any matter, work or personal, knowing that someone will always be on the other end who genuinely cares about my well-being.
Anything else we should know? I'm married and have 2 amazing little ones, Anza Rose is 2 ½ and Rio is 4 months old. Honestly, that's my whole life, family and work. Oh, I squeeze in or try to squeeze in, 2 hrs. a night to lift weights and work out.
