The packers didn’t do a great job. Lots of broken boxes that they packed - it’s not terrible but they have not contacted me to replace. The movers that helped get all the items into storage were great. It was an expensive endeavor for not not being implemented perfectly. I think they are good company of didn’t take a huge amount of care when packing my items.

Office staff was incredible. Movers were kind and worked hard on packing up. The move in process was terrible. Floors are ruined even though I paid for floor covers. All out furniture was left wrapped in blue blankets and plastic. We now have over 8 blue blankets and I have to reorganize my calendar for them to pick up. I also wanted to return unused boxes and the team almost didn’t take them

My bed frame and the glass lid of my steamer got broken, and lost the adjusting item for the monitor arm. The customer service called me on that day, I told her what happened, and that's it. No follow up since then. I will never use this services again.
