We had 1 peace of furniture that was slightly damaged and didn’t see till after movers were gone.

My mom & I are both disabled and we needed a full-service move, including packing and moving. I had used you to move twice before and was satisfied. Our packing was not completely finished and a lot of the boxes are labeled with a "?" or nothing at all. During the move, things were broken (I have found a planter, two paving stones, a lid to an apothecary jar, so far), and I am missing a leg to the couch. I was told about none of these. I was asking for them to put certain large furniture items in specific places, I was ignored. I asked multiple times that the microwave not be packed or moved and it ended up at the new place, yet a shelf in the bathroom, the mats in the kitchen, and other items were not moved. I hope that this is my last move but I will not be returning as a customer.

Both individuals were professional, helpful, and dedicated to meeting my time restrictions. I was impressed that they knew I needed to get to a baby shower and they moved quickly. It was very smooth!

Richard and Peter were amazing. A pleasure all day long. They are great employees and representatives of your company.

The movers worked very quickly and did a great job of protecting the furniture. I would definitely hire them again.

A “how to prepare for the move” checklist would be helpful.
