Overall my experience was very good. The movers, both did a great job. They were pleasant, worked quickly without being rushing and were careful with my belongings. We were consolidating two households and moving from two places. My biggest complaint was that I called and asked that the start location be moved to the Neil Ave location, I was told not a problem and entered for the movers. Another staff called to confirm our move and I let them know of the change, again I was told no problem. But, the movers came to wrong location first. this cost our Neil location 40 minutes of move time which was a problem since they had a tight schedule. We had to move several large items ourselves because of time constraints. Communication between the office and drivers need improvement

Loved my movers, friendly, caring, assuring. They were excellent in their ability in moving, planning space on truck, I was amazed that they got all our stuff in the garage because we had a very big downsize. They were so careful . I felt like they cared as much about my things as I did.

I had to cancel with my unloading service the day of the unloading because they had delayed their show up time by 4 hours. I called TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and they were able to come out the day of. Great service overall!

Overall the move was excellent and I use that adjective sparingly when it comes to customer service. The movers we tops: timely, going the extra mile, friendly and courteous. Give them a raise and have them train others you hire to be the same.

Everything was just great. I would definitely use this company again. The movers were professional and fun.... the day was less stressful than it could have been. The price was great and the care taken with our items was great as well. Nothing but good things to say about the experience.

From the explanation of services and the quote I was provided, to the actual moving day service and quality of movers, this was far and away best moving experience of my life. Will only use Two Men And A Truck from here on out, and highly recommend to everyone I know!

The two gentlemen that helped me on my move were exceptional. Very respectful of my situation and went above and beyond to help me. This is the second time I have used this company to move within the past 6 months and I am beyond impressed. Other companies should model your customer service.
