Hired two men and a truck to move my mother in law from one memory care facility to another RIGHT next door to another memory care facility. Informed Ryan at two men and a truck that my mother in law lived in a private room and everything was to go including the hanging clothes in the closet. I am in Biloxi, MS on winter over and this move happened in Gahanna, OH. The movers left the hanging clothes, bed linen, towels, blankets, and a wrought iron chair behind. This happened 1 May. I had to call two men and a truck columbus several times and waiting long periods of time to have call returned. They said they could not get to it until friday the 4th. Paid good money for a simple move and got very poor service.

We had to move our house and a business store front but I didn’t know just how much stuff was at the store until the day before the move. Movers were nice and helped calm and reassure me that they would get the job done. Would use again.

The two guys that came to move me were absolutely fantastic! They worked very hard and were extremely kind and efficient. I'm more impressed with Two Men and a Truck than ever! Thank you!

The movers and office staff were so friendly! Unfortunately, as I've started looking over my expensive furniture I've noticed damage, I was informed by Lowes that a drum stabilizer should have been used on my washer and it was not, which may have damaged it. This was my first experience using professional movers and I just thought more care would be taken to keep my belongings nice. I have a lot of dings and dents to my wood furniture, and to my walls at the new property. I'm hesitant to use this company again for my next move.

Lost items, silverware, towels, remote control. Received call from office about these things, he seemed like he would do something and I never heard back. Boxes were not marked during packing making it very hard to unpack. Not happy about move.

The company was able to get my furniture moved even within the limited time I needed it done. The price was a bit high and when my furniture was moved I was told my couches would be wrapped up which it was not. Also I did not want anything placed on my couches but they put my bed rails on my soft couches. That was the bad part of the whole experience.
