Employees were a pleasure you should be proud. Moving team was amazing! Communication is where company went wrong. Will not recommend your company. Am encouraging people in my community to not use you. Office team, courteous resulting in acceptable rating. Communication from office is deplorable. My explanation to office was not clearly communicated with rest of team causing confusion at time of move. You were hired for two separate moves last week both of which had confusion caused by office team. You have limitations for your movers not shared upfront only upon arrival at my home. Would not move items in basement, elliptical, art though you charged me for increased insurance. Bc I was not working with all the information I was not prepared for your arrival/no addt'l movers scheduled.

Joe, Jeremy and Tyler were courteous, professional, early, worked super super hard, were conscientious about my neighbors flower beds and overall gave top notch service. I’d happily hire this crew again. They stayed until every piece was put back together and in place. 5/5 Star rating from my family. Please give these guys a raise!

At the pickup location, truck driver had a hard time backing in the driveway and hit big rock beside the driveway. They did fine wrapping and loading the furniture. I gave truck driver permission to back into yard to the front door to unload the furniture. I didn't know that he was going to drive down through the yard over the leach bed causing huge ruts over the leach bed and truck got stuck. The truck driver couldn't lift a lot of the heavy items and he spent a lot of time folding the furniture pads and left the other guy to unload the items himself. I ended up helping unload items. I had no problem with the other mover he was very friendly and kept apologizing and I could tell he was frustrated himself with his co worker. I have used your service twice before and never had a problem.
