Guys were nice. Did not explain or state that the item was too large to fit through bedroom door. Door frame damaged. Need to set up a professional to come give an estimate before i know the true extent. Will change ine the final solution from Two men and a truck is rendered.

Move took longer than expected for the amount of items moved. The movers seemed to be going very slow and waiting on the truck. The care of the items was also poor as I could hear things dropping upstairs and seemed to handle pieces roughly as they were moved with dolly by one person when there probably should have been two. There was also damage to my wall which I am waiting to hear back from the damage team.

Movers were one and a half hours late and office tried to overcharge me for being delayed in rush hour traffic.I wrote a check for the movers asked and after a phone call office tried to chsrge me $30 more.Took 15 minutes to get truck out my driveway after running over hosta bed and avoid tearing limbs off my trees.

Overall good experience. They only broke 1 lamp. They also left 3 moving blanket/pads. Please schedule a time to pick up. Thanks!

The move went dry smoothly. I did have two problems. First were the legs on a floor jewelry chest, where the legs collapsed when it was moved. The second issue was a beveled oval plate glass insert for a coffee table. The glass was packed and put on the truck. However, it was overlooked when unloading the truck at the destination. It was not taken off of the truck.

Damage in dry wall and treatment about it on move day and during move day.

Washer has moved from pedestal, cannot use as it started vibrating a lot.

Overall I was happy with most of the service as the guys were very nice. I am not sure they had much experience moving as the POD was packed rather inefficiently as quoted by the guys who unloaded it. I was dissatisfied with their experience, or lack thereof when it came to moving the upright piano. They had no piano dolly and decided to move the piano with a two-wheel cart as if it were a refrigerator? They put the piano on its side and I could not look as they took it out the door. It was a very dangerous situation that could have ended in a very bad way.

I hired your company to move me TWICE in a 5 week period of time.
One decorative item was damaged during the first move. I did inform you of this fact.
The crew from the 2nd move took a photograph of the destroyed item and were supposed to send it back to HQ for reconciliation.
I have heard nothing from TMAAT since then. I would have expected SOME offer of compensation by now, since it has been 24 days.

I found the movers themselves to be very unsatisfactory. They told me they were going to take their time because they wanted to go home after and they definitely did just that. Not only was there a lot of just standing around or watching one person work, but they also unnecessarily tried to take apart furniture that easily fit outside and were careless and just all around made me very uncomfortable with their service. At one point one of the movers wanted to ride the lift and left his foot hanging off and at the last minute the other noticed, thank goodness, or else his whole foot would have come off. I am just very concerned about this. I have moved many times and this is the first that I have experienced something like the team that came out. Very poor service.

Marcus was great. The other two movers were polite but once again something was broken. We are still waiting on the repairs from our initial move two months ago. Better customer care and timely repairs need to happen.
