So much damage! I am still going through everything to fully figure out what all is damaged.... ugh! Every single one of our beds are gouged and scratched. None of the beds came off ther truck wrapped, they were left to bang on things in ther back of the truck. I was told they ran out of furniture pads, how?! One of our wooden cabinets was dropped and very broken. Our kitchen trash can is busted and no longer opens. I could go on and on.... The guys were very friendly but that's the only good thing from the experience. Ther walls and doorways are also banged up!

There was no on site estimate and the job was bigger than expected. Some items were packed in an unorganized manner. There was a damages report but no follow up.

Initial estimate was based on 3 hours but it took longer which is reasonable and I paid almost $1400. But movers did not tag my stuff so I lost a small box. Poor response from liability team. There were few scratches on furniture as it was not wrapped properly. Their handling was poor. One of my friends recommended this company but I am not happy overall. I won’t recommend them to anyone else.

The only reason why I did not give all Excellent answers was because there was damage to the legs of my antique table, but I there is a claim in process with 2 Men, so I am hopeful.

Movers showed up without any moving equipment and started pushing furniture around and tore new carpet in multiple places.

My experience was an absolute nightmare. Movers damaged walls and floors of the home I moved from. Damaged the brand new hardwood floors in my new home, broke my antique hutch, ripped a seat cover on my dining room set and the job was underestimated by over 4 hours. Stressful, exhausting, horrible experience.

Slow move, and did not fit all large items we were assured would fit. Couple things broken and or parts to items missing....

I couldn’t believe these four young men. They absolutely flew all day. I had 6’ x 7’ sauna walls that I had a hard time lifting, every wall was moved by one person running down the basement stairs. Not moving fast, RUNNING! After loading and unloading 2 trucks that WE packed, we only had 2 broken glasses and 2 plates. If I ever have to move again, I won’t need estimates, I’ll be calling Two Men and a Truck!

The two men doing the work did a good job but very slow moving. You could tell they bill by the hour. It was sometimes several minutes before they came back for another piece of furniture. When we went out to check, they were just standing in the truck talking. My mattress and box springs were very dirty on one side from being scooted across the truck floor, but they moved every piece with no complaints. I will say the cost was very high compared to other companies but I didn’t have a choice because I needed a specific day to work with closing and work schedule.
