From beginning to end, your staff was professional and courteous. Rick and Stefan, were absolutely awesome! They handled my furniture with great care! The moved the heavy stuff like it was nothing. They were on task the whole time, and got the job done faster than I thought they would. I would have given them a more than excellent rating, if there was a choice! Two Men and a Truck, will be the ONLY moving service we use, going forward!

While the estimated time of the move was 9 hours, it was clearly understood that it would be considerably less. The movers started at 8:30. They literally RAN sometimes from the truck back to the house to wrap and move furniture, etc. They all were personable, polite, and worked very hard. When they were finished loading up our house and unloading at our condo 8 miles away only 2 1/2 hours had elapsed. This obviously saved us a LOT of money. We could not have been more pleased with all aspects of the experience.

I told the movers I would not be ready before the start time promised, and they arrived early, asked to look around, then started moving 40 minutes before he start of the arrival window without my permission. I had to hurry and move small items out of the way and I felt that, as a result, I couldn’t make good use of their time that I was paying for. They did accommodate my frustration by continuing a few minutes past the end of an hour to make up for the resulting inefficiency I felt occurred. The movers did damage done to the wall in a stairwell on two places, and they told me that your insurance covers anything that was damaged due to their service. If we do not get or deposit back due to the damage to the wall, I will contact you to make an insurance claim in the amount of the deposit.

My new wood floor was damaged. Aaron said please do not tell office they will take $150.00 from each of our pay. He promised to fix it. He did come back to my house but could not fix it, he said he has a friend that can do it. I think I need a professional to fix the floor. Also you sent a second truck to help with 2 men....they were not that good....unload stuff in driveway then went to another job. The 3 men that was sent originally worked hard and were polite and nice. That is why I took the chance to have Aaron fix the floor, but I feel I need to let you know so that it can be repaired properly.

The movers couldn’t get my couch through the door... had to buy a new couch.

The crew was wonderful. On time, good communication by phone as to arrival, etc. Were very careful with my antiques. Really great guys. I loved working with them. The only problem was the person in the office, who was really nice, messed up by "order". What was on the movers' sheets did not resemble my order in any way which was unfortunate for the moving crew. Me, I had all morning. I went back to look at the order form that was emailed to me to see what it said and because it did not detail my order, there was no way for me to contact the office and get it straight before the movers arrived. This created absolutely no problem for me because I knew the quote was too low and so budgeted more realistically for the final bill. It was one of my best moves ever.

The whole organization is customer focused. Each element of the team did their best to make our move their highest priority, and it showed throughout the entire process.

Your team was very courteous and professional. I will not hesitate to call you again for any moving services I might need in the future.
