The three movers, Jacob, Devin and Jordan were all professional, courteous and respectful. They were very hard working and explained every step of the process. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I had to buy additional property insurance, which I believe should have been covered already within the move price. I believe this practice is misleading, and I am not sure it is industry standard.

The attitude of the movers was great. They played 90s R&B slow jams during the move, which probably helped keep me more motivated than them. I chipped in on the move a few times, but they nicely insisted I stop because I was paying them to move.

Only thing that would have been better would have viewed home to give firmer estimate.

My ETA for my move was 8am-10am. I was told it was the first move of the day, so I figured the truck would arrive on the earlier side of that tine window. I was wrong.

The truck arrived at 10:30am and the excuse was that the guy who had the keys to the truck accidentally took them home the night before. No apologies were offered, and there are appeared to be no sense of urgency to get my stuff loaded and to my new home. At the end it also took 20 mins. to make a payment. The mover has to call the Dispatch office with credit card info, but no one ever answered. So I ended up paying with a check. I have more to say but am out of charachters. I hope someone reaches out to me so that I can provide more feedback.

The two guys did an excellent job. They moved some difficult items including a bed, and also some delicate antiques. They finished the job ahead of time which was very much appreciated. I will definitely use them again!

From the first phone call to Robin to inquire about price and dates to the moving team & a follow up phone call to see if everything went ok, I have nothing but good things to say about your team. People make or break a company. Robin, Ryan, and Zack’s team were all wonderful. Ryan was very clear on pricing after reviewing my items for pack, move and storage. Zack’s team took care of EVERYTHING. They respected my property and treated it as their own. Packing and move to storage was fast and efficient. Going to request Zack for my delivery to my new home in South Carolina when ready. Thank you all for a good experience. You have my recommendation and referral, congratulate your team for me. The entire Two Men & A Truck experience from my first interaction with Michael pricing to Derrick and his crew moving, was excellent. There was an issue on move day with staff and allotted remaining work time availability but it was quickly resolved and price was held constant. We agreed I'd pay for the two additional movers. Derrick and his crew were each pleasant, hard working and very courteous young men. My 91 year old mom was moving to a new facility and she was able to meet the crew at her new place, which gave her comfort. The entire Two Men & A Truck experience was excellent. On behalf of my mom and our family, thank you for all of the hard work to get the move completed quickly, efficiently and without incident.

We had gotten stiffed by another moving company at almost literally the last moment, and the office staff promptly assured me that they could get the job done. Services were described and move scheduled. *WHEW*!! The crew was friendly and efficient and worked tirelessly in the heat, and got the work done in the time promised. I have no reservations or hesitations about recommending this company for a smooooth move!

Bed broken during move. Claims process had been horrible. Quoted two weeks for bed to be returned and it has been 7. Claims manager no longer answering my emails or calls.

Moved out of my apartment from Columbus to Cleveland. Estimate was for 6 hours and they completed the job in 5.5. Movers were courteous and helpful, they even helped me dispose of furniture I did not wish to take with me. Would highly recommend these guys for in-state moves.
