I can't begin to express how happy we were with our moving experience. My family has moved quite a bit over the years, and this was far and away the best move we've ever had.
More than anything, the moving team was just incredible. They were so kind, had great attitudes, were hard workers, and were a joy to be around. These three guys were top notch in every possible way. Any company would be lucky to have them on their team.

The moving experience was excellent. The crew was courteous and very attentive to our wishes and they quickly adapted to various unforseen situations. We especially appreciated Marcel who went out of his way to please us. He demonstrated natural leadership skills.

I initially hired TMT because you advertised both moving and storage. But, the storage turned out to be small containers, ridiculously overpriced. You shouldn't even advertise storage. Storage turned out to be a major issue. The TMT appraiser said I would need a 10 x 30 storage unit. As it turned out, my stuff wouldn't even fit in 35 feet of storage, and had to be docked overnight on the truck, costing me more money and another storage unit. I actually needed 50 feet of storage. I realize an estimate is just an estimate, but I rely on experts since I don't know. Also, the crew was switched at the last minute, arrived late with no expert piano movers. An hour and a half before I had to vacate my home, TMT showed up to move the piano. By then I was a wreck. The whole move was unhappy!

The office staff did not schedule the time of the move to cover the amount of time needed causing an increase in price. The workers were slow and did not listen to directions and also left cigarette butts in the driveway. Will not recommend or use again.
