This was not the first time we used 2 Men and a Truck. In the past, when we call and reserve a truck, the sales rep would discuss the time for the entire move. I was told 11 - 2. I was under the impression, like before, that the arrival time is 11. But, after several attempts to get the dispatcher (no answer and left 2 messages) I went for another person to talk to. They informed me that the arrival time is somewhere between 11 and 2. This is unacceptable. I thought only the cable company provided such a large window. The movers showed up at 12:50. They were sorry and did a wonderful job moving - no complaint. We were very disappointed that the sales person did not explain it clearly. Thank you.

The front office went out of their way to ensure my last-minute move went well. The movers were kind, fast, and professional. I would definitely use TMAAT again.

I am still sleeping on a mattress/box on the floor because they couldn't complete moving a very small amount of furniture in 6 hours. Because I moved on the same street, the movers took it upon them selves to move one item at a time, sometimes on a dolly through my front yard. One worker was asleep in the truck when they came. They both stated they had only slept 2 hrs the night before. They showed up at 3:15 and by 8:00 I told them I was very concerned and upset that not one large item had been moved (I only had washer/dryer/ 2 dining tables, couch, loveseat, armoire and two beds. ) The driver told me it didn't make sense to put "hands on things twice and use the truck." The manager I called was rude, questioned me about stating the movers were unprofessional because I said nice. Horrible

Excellent service all the way around from management to movers. The only disappointment was the movers not being able to disconnect the water line to the refrigerator as I couldn't get it moved and now have to find another way to get it to my home. To show my gratitude, I tipped the Movers 50 dollars each and happily purchased their lunches for them. A really positive experience overall. Thank you.

My experience with the company was very good. I would definitely use them again and would request the same team as before. Only one little glitch, they moved the television but left behind the plug that connects the tv to the wall outlet. We had to make a trip back to get it. My moving team was polite, helpful and very patient.

Quote was for 3 movers , estimated 6 hours. We moved some of the furniture so actual move should have been quite a bit less. Only two movers showed and they spent a lot of the time just figuring out what to do. Ended up taking way longer than it should have. Had to call for a third person. They wasted so much time. J ended up spending a lot more $ than I should have. Would not use again
