The movers were great. Very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to do a good job. One of the movers even stopped by on his way home to help relocate an item. Would definitely use your services again!

I received 4 different prices and asked for one "not to exceed" price which I never did get. I asked for an onsite review and quote which I received, but which was changed two more times for a higher price. I think the situation was regarded as an opportunity to increase prices each time because they could see and know that I had to meet a relocation deadline. Your lead truck driver even went so far as to refuse to return to the loading site to finish the job after unloading his truck and a third truck/crew has to be sent in to finish the job. This would not have happened if I had not contacted your headquarters and management who then sent the 3rd crew in. If had you given me an honest quote to start and arrived at the same end cost, I would have declined to hire your company.

Overall, the move was smooth and we were happy. The movers Donnie and Ray were friendly and fast, & completed the move 2 hours quicker than our quote. However, we did have a couple issues that probably occurred due to their quickness. Our entertainment center has deep scratches and a chip right in the middle of it, and there was a 2" hole placed in our wall. These were found about 30 minutes after they left, because they were so fast to get everything moved in, and practically rushed us through the paperwork, and we didn't get a chance to overview all of our items in a timely manner. Again, overall it was a good experience, but I feel like they may have known of these issues, which was why we were rushed through the paperwork and they left quickly.

They acted like they didn’t know how to move my couch from one room to another. They left two pieces in the room and I had to move them myself. Very disappointing

Guys arrived on time and did a great job at trying to move a few pieces of furniture into my basement. Unfortunately one piece was to large for the narrow opening but they guys did everything they could to get it to fit and were genuinely disappointed when they could not make it fit. Very impressed with their effort, teamwork and desire to please the customer.
