No one wants to get a quote for 9 hours for a two bedroom condo. Maybe it needs to be 4 Men and a Truck based on the familiarity of Liberty Park Condos. The design of Liberty Park for moving is terrible as there is no convenient access for a large truck. Since you had been there before, a larger team would have been in order.
Or maybe a "laundry bin" or something better than a two wheel truck to transport boxes. One of your competitors uses something like that and it expedites the process tremendously. This is especially important for moving into an assisted living facility or Liberty Park where there is no close up access to apartments.

All 3 men were professional and experienced. They answered all my questions and did a great job.

My brother used two men and a truck maybe 7 or 8 days before in the Dayton, Ohio area, and he raved about the team he had. When I first hired TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, I honestly thought they were a small company that just hired men to drive around and move things. When we met our moving team and they started working, I realized that my perception of the company could not have been more wrong. The team was very polite, professional and careful with our belongings. The team took the utmost care to protect our items even though it was raining. The team worked with a sense of urgency but in a professional manner. The more senior guys on the team were very skilled and ensured that everything was taken care of and done correctly. This is the first time I have ever hired a company to do a move. After this experience, I will always come back to this company and will recommend to my family that they do the same.

I previously used this company before and movers were excellent, but this move the movers were slow, careless with the little household stuff they moved. I doubt if I’ll ever use this company again. I paid $1100.00 to move a few items to another apartment one sidewalk away. One item is an 80 year old secretary with a curved glass front that was carried over and they scratched the glass. I AM livid. This furniture was brought to me 200 miles by my family without a scratch and they screw it up across a few feet. Another furniture piece was messed up also. I saw carelessness of movers when they put an antique dresser on its side legs to figure out how to move it. Completely unacceptable. The 3 young men who moved me were very immature and my young daughters were faster moving items then them.

Two extremely hard working men who were very courteous, adept, and dedicated to doing a good job! They went above and beyond to make this experience as pleasant as possible!!

The guys were wonderful, attitude terrific and made sure furniture taken good care of and that I was thoroughly happy with everything.
