I already sent an email to the local director. We were very pleased with this move as far as the movers and Two Men and a Truck. They were friendly, professional and hard working. They treated our items well, never slacked and thoughtful as to where things went. It was so hot that day and we never heard one complaint from any of them. I am still in awe of the professionalism we witnessed.

The original moving co. stood me up on 9/29. I called Two Men & a Truck. Jonathan booked the move for Monday 10/1. Jonathan was very clear that due to timing and the size of the move that the team would need to load the truck, hold the truck overnight and move us into our new apartment on Tuesday. The moving team called and showed up on Monday early and were super nice and professional. Hard working too! I was informed of any changes as we went along. The team showed up Tuesday on time unloading the truck in amazing time and my new home is a two story townhome with steep stairs. My moving team absolutely ROCKED and they were the nicest most professional team anyone could ever ask for! I would ask for the team again by name for my next move knowing how well they handled everything!

The fellows, Joe, and Kyle were prompt, clear, courteous and capable. We enjoyed working with them.

Had a broken sculpture, but the men worked extremely hard, and were very polite. Long day for them, but they continued to keep up the pace. Hope you are paying them well!!!

Failure to complete proper steps with king size bed.
Failed to Properly disconnect dryer vent tube connection to outside ! never took piece from 1st place so they never had equipment to install at new address??? I feel a partial refund is expected or a return out to fix NOT completed work?

The crew did a fantastic job and were very friendly. They seemed like they enjoyed their job and very personable and enjoyed joking around Not only with themselves but with me and my 'helpers'. They worked as a team. Was very satisified with their customer service. Would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone needing their service.

I made reservations late in the week and I was first on the move schedule. The team was pleasant and helpful

John was was very professional and was very cautious with moving our furniture. He was an expert at how to pack a truck to get the most on it in the safest way. He was the best mover we have ever had move us before.
