From quote to scheduling, to move day the process was very smooth. Communication was clear and concise. The move team was pleasant, explained the process to me and then went to work. Since there was a trainee on the team, it was a pleasure to hear the guidance the other 2 team members provided. Great experience and will definitely recommend to others. Thank you

Multiple pieces of furniture were significantly damaged during move, due to moving team using hand truck to move items and just absolutely SLAMMING the hand truck down every one of the front steps at pickup location.
