Our moving crew was very nice and worked very quickly. They did damage almost every piece of furniture we moved and we will have to file a claim to get it replaced

The Westerville manager called and had a gap and asked if they could move us earlier. The day before someone else called and I told them 3pm worked out better for me. When the manager called I felt somewhat pressured. So I agreed to a 2 hour earlier time. However the manager was pushy and I didn’t appreciate that. I understand gap time but that’s not my issue. So if I had to do it again I would have stuck to my original time.
