I was told I had a window from 1 PM - 4PM on June 14, 2019. While I was at lunch that day I was called at approximately 12:30 and told that the movers would be at the house within 30 minutes. I left lunch abruptly to make sure I was there on time and they then proceeded to show up at roughly 3:15 PM. I also had to call them to see their ETA after they were already an hour late? Not sure why they called when they did other than perhaps lack of experience? Once they arrived they transported my furniture into the house and I noticed immediately that all of the corners of the furniture (which had been wrapped in plastic) had dark marks (plastic wrap rubbed off) on them with one corner in particular receiving significant damage. I was very displeased with the move and would like a resolve.

I used 2 men and a truck on 3 occasions in the past 7 months, washer and dryer and my furniture twice. The last was the WORST experience. The movers moved like slugs, the crew that moved my things in January 2019 stripped the screw in my wood kitchen table b/c they used the wrong equipment, so the most recent couldn't take it apart and then they took out the glass shelves and didn't bring them to my new home. If I had moved out of state I would have been without them. Then with the final inspection slivers of wood on top of my dresser and they didn't seemed concerned at all. My boyfriend was able to take the table apart and he moved it to my home. Didn't want your company touching it again. With all this said I will NOT use your services again and will not refer you to anyone.

The movers were polite and friendly and did not waste any time. We were moved in less time than anticipated. The bed headboard was poorly put together and a screw was missing. A screw was also lost from a drying rack. Other furniture was placed as directed and mirror was attached to dresser properly.

Overall great, but they did knick my drywall in 2 places. Would have been nice for them to go back before they left to check and make sure no damage. To their credit, however, they were moving an extra large piece of furniture from 2nd floor down stairwell. The manager responded swiftly to see how to take care of.

The guys who came to the house were on time and worked hard the whole time of moving. I called w/ only a couple days notice and was glad the availability was there for our move. Much appreciated the help. I will call back when the need arises. Thank you

what a wonderful experience, moving team was extremely professional and pleasant to work with, they took excellent care of my belongings and made sure I was completely satisfied before, during and at the end of the move.

Some of my property was damaged which I did not know until after the fact because the movers did not inform me. The walls in the hallway leading to the apartment were damaged (again nobody told me this happened). How the boxes and totes were unloaded in the room were are using for short term storage was deplorable; book boxes stacked on top of a box of breakables etc., nothing was stacked neatly against a wall as I requested. Overall lack of care for how I wanted things moved in; nobody asked me for direction during the process. I understand mistakes happen but notifying me of the damage to my property and the walls would’ve been the right thing to do especially considering the sizable tip they each (three) received.

The moving team was excellent! Except for a half hour lunch break, the three men worked non-stop to get my items moved to my new location. They were accommodating, professional, and friendly. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I will recommend your company to anyone who asks me. Having moved several times using other companies, this was by far the best experience I've ever had.

The front end conversation with office staff was terrible. They were unprofessional and would answer the phone "Hello". Movers demolished my dressers and didnt put a bed back together after moving. I should have stuck with my gut and not used this company.

I had several valuable wood working machines moved. The most expensive and vital piece was dropped. It crushed and destroyed the electronic variable speed controller (the most expensive piece on the device).
The entire head unit was taken by Two Men and a Truck and I am awaiting either repair (highly unlikely) or replacement (who knows how long!)
Very disappointed in the whole process. I do not have confidence in your 'shop' to make the needed repairs.
