These guys were amazing! I had a rough experience with the last experience with both their office, their moving team, and their professionalism. These guys and company overall far exceeded my expectations. Zac and the others listened to everything I had to say both before (I kind of lectured them on what I didn't want based on my last experience!) and throughout the move. They went over and above to make sure I was satisfied.
On the down side (just a little....)! They did most of my packing and I'm glad I didn't pay by sheets of paper because they went way overboard!! When unpacking, I couldn't believe how much had been used on each item. I should be happy they cared enough to make sure there was no chance of breakage! Nothing got ruined or broken (except what I broke afterward).
I unfortunately move way too often and I would definitely call them again if I had to move again (HOPE NOT!!!)

I was expecting a 3 man crew and ended up with only 2. I was told up front that it would take 3 people to safely move my piano. I was disappointed but of course needed to proceed. I was then told that it was going to cost me more because of the additional hours required for 2 people to do the job.

So, I’m getting less and being charged more??? It’s going to take more hours (that’s a huge inconvenience to me) and there’s more risk of damaging product. Is this the bait and switch moving company?

Moving is very stressful with deadlines and commitments involving others. If I thought I could get another company the next day I would have!!

The people that did do the moving were very nice and worked hard. This seems to be an upper management problem.

Yes, my piano leg broke in the move.

I am working through the claim process which thud far seems okay. I would prefer not to be in this situation.

The movers showed up on time and were very professional and hard working. They kept us very close to our time quote while also taking good care of our belongings.

The estimated time to move was 3 to 4 hours. It took 12. At $180/ hour, what incentive is for speed ? Plus the movers showed up and were not prepared with enough blankets and tools to disassemble items. Also, they did not want to disassemble because it would take longer but sometimes it is necessary to get items in or out of rooms and doors. I can understand that it May take an extra hour but an extra 8? Come on. The movers that moved me on did he WHOLE house in 6-7 hours where this crew could not do 10 pieces of furniture in that time. The only thing I may compliment them on was despite having problems they kept their cool ( I have a temper if things go wrong ).

Its been a few weeks now but I believe the names of the men were Jason and KJ. They were fantastic. Moved more than we originally planned in less time for a lower cost than we were quoted. These guys can move anything! Great team!

Noah and Robert were both wonderfully professional. They made my move easy and hassle free. Kudos to them!
