Was pleasantly surprised that the move only took 3 1/2 hrs- much less than the quoted 5 hrs estimate. Our movers were happy to re-arrange the furniture as we directed so that all the furniture was in place by the time they left. An outdoor pedestal was damaged . Very efficient and quick at moving items. Only noticed minor damage to TV stand afterward and smaller dresser. Very friendly crew!

Many boxes clearly labeled basement ended up in the garage. One individual was likely responsible for these mistakes and the team can identify him. 5 of the 6 movers were awesome. One was lacking common sense and a will to work with a mission.

Best moving crew we have ever had. They were efficient, professional, and in good spirits the whole time. My husband was so impressed he told me we absolutely have to request the same crew if we need to move again!

The moving team did a great job and was very quick and professional. They were also very helpful as we changed our minds about where some furniture should be placed in the new house. Also, this was my first time using packing services and I was very pleased with how carefully my items were packed, especially compared to other moving companies I’ve used in the past. I was satisfied with the crew that helped to move me on Monday. They were very prompt and efficient getting my items safely loaded and unloaded at my new place. They communicated everything very clearly At every step and made what can be a stressful thing very easy and stress free!

Our experience was excellent from the start. Our customer service person who set everything up was so patient, friendly and helpful that I felt confident with the service from the get-go. Then our moving team showed up and solidified that confidence. They were so respectful, professional, friendly and fun to have around. They were also amazingly efficient and careful. We were so impressed!

Everything from my initial talk with the office, scheduling and moving items in our house to another room was excellent!
