We were quite pleased with our experience. In the scheduling office, Ashley Haught is just phenomenal!!! She was polite, accommodating, and when she said "I will follow-up"...she did!! And our moving team, KJ & Fred were awesome, respectful, and efficient. They played a vital part in our experience being positive.

CJ, Tom, Malcolm did a fantastic job with my move. They made a stressful day much less stressful. They were careful with all my furniture, etc. Very professional and personable. I also got the pre pack and unpack services. Highly recommend that. I am very satisfied with the entire moving process.

the two boys that moved our equipment were awesome. We had moving experience but these two young boys were great. Respectful, on time, and genuinely hard-working kids. You guys need more of these boys working for you

The moving team was incredible. They were kind, efficient and took care with my belongings. I also appreciated that I only had to show them once where things went in my new place and they remembered. They kept me informed of their progress. Please pass along how impressed I was! Unfortunately, I was only expecting two movers so I wasn't sure if i tipped enough (i ended up with a 3-person crew).
