The experience overall was fantastic. The guys had a great additude the entire day despite the overwhelming ammount of heavy boxes that had to be taken upstairs to be removed then upstairs again in the new place. That and extremely heavy furniture in tight spaces. They even helped me remove a post I wanted pulled out before they left :). I will definitely ask for these guys for any future moves.

The moving team was absolutely great. They worked very hard and fast, and they were punctual and incredibly respectful.
The office team was not very good. It took 5 attempts over two weeks to get a certificate of insurance which was required by the HOA of my property to move in. It was only provided at the last minute and sent with a completely blank email, just an attachment.
