Everything was so easy. Their communication was great from the initial request through the entire process! The team we had was amazing and efficient. They walked through everything and were careful with the items being moved as well as the home itself. I would recommend them to anyone!

The movers were friendly and hard-working. Overall, they were careful with my belongings. The only constructive feedback I have is that boxes labeled as “FRAGILE” should be hand-carried rather than placed on a dolly, where they are subjected to harsh impacts from going up and down stairs. This resulted in two of my glasses being shattered during the move even though I had carefully wrapped them.

I was in a bind = called Monday & had to move before Friday. Zach (your dispatcher?) was super - understanding & kind. He double-checked that his guys were available then let me know you'd move us Wednesday. What a relief! And very pleased with the team that moved us. Polite; careful with our stuff; willing to rearrange things for us. Hard workers! THANK YOU!
