The office and Aaron were always helpful and supportive with our moving of elderly family to assisted living. And Dylan and Jeff and Justin were a great moving team, very friendly and courteous and careful. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

We found the team to be very courteous and efficient. They started to work and conducted themselves in a very professional manner.
We are a business and it was appreciated they not only arrived on time, but called to ask if they could come a few minutes early.

Unfortunate experience. The time scheduled was not the time the truck arrived. The truck was supposed to have a lift gate and it did not. I had listed large items and then said I had more miscellaneous. The truck came with furniture already on it from the previous move. (2 couches and a book shelf.) The miscellaneous items were listed as one item. I was disappointed with this experience.

I completely understand your frustration, and you’re right to expect better communication, preparation, and follow-through from our team. I feel like the pack and first move went great but I found out later that things were not packed very well. Things were left in the drawers of desks and night stands. Also my couch was damaged but they are going to fix that. During the move in day, things seemed rushed and as a result doors were scratched. I would have liked them to use more caution when moving large items through small doorways.

I'm glad to hear the couch is being taken care of, but I agree that greater care should have been taken throughout the entire process, especially during move-in when navigating tight spaces.

I requested to be quoted with packing and moving us, I added supplies that I thought was needed. The day before I was told packing wasn’t in the quote even though I clicked the box for online quote request. Last minute I spoke with someone and they said they would add supplies. When the 2 guys arrived they were not aware of packing for me. So I felt obligated to pack and help. The guys were great

I was moved from a storage unit to my home. I was pleased with the way my furniture was handled. The three men were very pleasant, professional, and efficient. They did as I asked with putting my furniture, and other belongings in place. From the making of the appointment to my things being put in my house, I can say I’m happy with the service.
