Meet the owners of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Winston Salem, Joe and Kate Windemuller! The Windemuller's acquired this as their first location in 2012. They are also the proud owners of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Greensboro and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Mooresville, which services not only Mooresville, but also the Statesville, Hickory and Lake Norman areas. Joe and Kate met while Joe was working as the general manager of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise in Columbia, South Carolina. Kate had graduated from the University of South Carolina and was working as a recruiter before the two got married and decided to relocate to Winston Salem, N.C. to continue their journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®!

Aaron

Sales Consultant

Aaron has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for over five years, having started in March 2013 as a move consultant. What he enjoys most about working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is that we help people in their time of need with a very practical service. Having personally moved around 27 times, he understands the stress of it better than most! His first experience with the company was when he moved to Winston Salem. Upon arriving to his new third-floor apartment, he and his wife found all of their belongings already there; his father-in-law had hired Two Men And A Truck® to unload the truck for them, saying “they ran up the stairs, and they smiled while doing it!”

When he is not at work, Aaron enjoys playing with his two daughters as much as he can and spending time with his wife. He also spends his time with friends, exercising, camping, hiking, swimming, yard work and going to church.

Congratulations to Winston Salem's Driver of the Year, fourth year running, Jacob! It is easily understandable that Jacob deserves this award, just ask a few of his customers who request him time and time again. His work ethic is exceptional and he is an excellent leader for our team! Jacob is always a pleasure to work with, we are lucky to have him as part of the Winston-Salem team!

Kristen started working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in February of 2014 as an Inside Sales Representative. While she left in May 2016 to pursue other opportunities, she made the decision to come back to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as an Inside Sales Representative/Office Administrator in June 2017. What Kristen loves about the company are the Core Values TMT works so hard to instill within each employee as well as all of the charity initiatives, both locally and nationally (such as Movers for Moms®, and all of the local charity work our franchisees do each year). When Kristen isn't working, she spends her time with friends and family and staying healthy exercising.

Matt joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in the Spring of 2014 as the Director of Marketing and Advertising for Winston Salem and Mooresville. In June of 2016, he transitioned into the role of general manager for Winston Salem. The part of the job that he loves the most is the fact that each day brings new opportunities to help individuals move forward in their lives, whether it is internally or externally. The continuous learning experience is challenging yet refreshing in this workplace. Plus, he could not work for better owners!

When Matt is not at work, he loves spending time with his wonderful wife Margaret and their two boys Stephen and Benjamin. When he’s not keeping up with his boys on a soccer field, basketball court or one of the many other sports they try, he enjoys getting out and playing tennis.

Ty has been with the company going on six years now. He started out as a mover and driver and slowly started transitioning over to a trainer role. After his initial promotion to his role as trainer, Ty was promoted again and has since been filling the positions of Customer Service Representative and Auditor. With his skill set, he is able to give estimates, spot check moves in progress and provide excellent customer service. To Ty, the best part of the job is getting to meet the people that he does each day. Ty loves the interaction and communication he gets to experience with so many different customers. There is also constantly something new to learn which he finds exciting about the job.

Outside of work, Ty enjoys bowling, watching movies and spending time with my family.
