The Two Men and a Truck Team that moved my mother’s furniture were professional in every way! From contact before arriving to update me on planned arrival time to the care they showed with the actual move we were extremely pleased with the service. We could not have asked for a better experience and would certainly use your service again!
Thank you,
Randy

My moving team was Jack, Will and Chandler.
These guys were the BEST Moving Team I have delt with. They were the MOST professional and friendly crew. They were organized and packed my property with care. When I asked them ANY questions and had to explain an OLD washer and dryer had to go to the local dumpster they GLADY Took BOTH units. They were FAST my entire move took less than 6 hours

From beginning to end, your company was flawless. Dillon in the office set up the move, called me a day ahead to remind me they would be arriving on time and go over any other final touches.
The moving crew of 4 men was fabulous. They went above and beyond to make my move easy. They were kind, professional, helpful and supportive.
I will always use your company and recommend to all my friends.

The move went well. The pack was the most half-assed job I could have imagined. After the move, I found 4 cabinets and 3 drawers in my kitchen that were not even opened let alone packed!!!! And I found 2 closets upstairs that were only partially packed. I had to spend an entire half-day finishing the job I paid you guys to do in the first place!!!!! Very unhappy!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience, this is absolutely not the standard of service we aim to provide. It’s completely unacceptable that areas of your home were left unpacked, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to discover that and then have to spend your own time finishing the job. I want to assure you that we take this very seriously. I’ll be reviewing this with our team immediately to understand what went wrong and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Again, I sincerely apologize and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
