This was a good experience from start to finish. Lori, the office girl explained everything thoroughly and got me all the necessary information promptly. She even followed up with a call to make sure everything went okay. I can't say enough about Brandon and Corey, our movers! They were so polite and told us exactly what was going to happen. To get sappy for a moment, they moved a work bench for us that my step dad had built. Sadly, he passed away a couple years ago. Corey and Brandon seemed to understand how much that meant to us. I so appreciate what they do because otherwise, I'm not sure we would've been able to move it. Sometimes, companies tend to forget what makes them so great. I hope you don't because you have some great people working for you! I would recommend you guys always!

Overall my movers were very helpful and professional. There was an issue with timeliness, I think it was a scheduling issue. I tried contacting the on-call manager, a half hour after the window of time I was given had passed. I then called again an hour later, and still got no response. My movers ended up calling me to tell me they were behind. It would have been nice to know sooner so that I could have done more than just wait.

The 2 men that moved our items were wonderful. If I were to move more items I would request the 2 we had. Exceptional

Our experiences with Two Men and a Truck - EXCEPTIONAL as always. We had Kevin and Josh a month ago; most recently had Frank and Mason. They introduced themselves, shook our hands, used our names throughout the move (Tom, where would you like this dresser?) They were also kind and respectful to one another. This gives a feeling of confidence to the homeowners. Their Customer Service skills are EXTRAORDINARY. We cannot say enough POSITIVE things about our experience. Too bad the ratings only go to Excellent because our opinion is TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move two couches from a tight office up a narrow stairway to another location. I was concerned they may not be able to maneuver the couches but they did not give up! Very satisfied. Thank you!

The movers were great! They worked quickly, let me know what was going on, and were helpful and friendly. They even gave me ideas of where they thought furniture would look good. I was nervous before they came, but they quickly put my mind at ease and did an impressive job.

I am vey disappointed with the difference is price quoted on my estimate and what was the actual cost. My estimate from Caleb was $681.57 and my actual bill was $895.00. Over $200 difference is an unacceptable difference. After 7 hours the two men said they had to go and I had several items that didn't get moved. I am unable to move heavy items due to neck and spinal injuries from an auto accident and have had a difficult time finding people to help me. The reason I went with Two Men and a Truck was because the estimate was lower than their competitors but I wish I would have went with them now, I will never use Two Men and a Truck again and would not refer them to any of my friends and family.

Two Men and a Truck clearly emphasizes good customer service. You have moved me twice, and each time I have witnessed and enjoyed your overall excellent service. And when the time will come for me to move again, I will hire you once more.
