Both movers were very kind and professional. They took great care of my belongings and were patient when I decided to rearrange some furniture at the end of a long day. The office staff let me know how I could save some money by picking up some of the supplies ahead of time. All in all a great experience! Thank you!

The temperature was in the high 80's on my move in day and the guys worked hard and had a great attitude despite the conditions.

The guys were friendly,polite and well groomed. Move went smoothly except for 2 outdoor cushions that we couldn’t find anywhere. I call your customer care center and the were very helpful. The manager and one of the guys who moved us came out to look for the cushions and at first were unsuccessful so offered the price of replacement. As we were discussing the matter the manager had an idea as to where to find them and sure enough the cushions we’re located. Excellent service on all sides!

First I was a little upset because they were late and no one called to tell me. But I was very thankful because I liked the crew I had better because the crew that I was going to get could not come at that time. It was nice that both crews met up at end destination. The crew we meet at the end the main guy was rude about where the furniture was to go. He keep blocking boxes that was placed earlier by the men and I had to unpack. His exact words words she can deal with it. Trent I believe was on the truck that pack the truck. He was very understanding and kind. He made everything right. I would use you again if I knew I had Trent. And to think he was not scheduled for my move. Also I was a little disappointed that I did not get my box for the tv because no one was there to unlock the closet

Both of the movers were outstanding. Great work ethic and attitude; very personable and professional -- they did a great job. I would highly recommend these two. They are excellent representatives of your company.

I was very pleased with the speed of the move. They were not daunted by my heavy furniture, and made quick work.
The only cringe-moment I experienced was when they tipped my side dresser upside down to haul it. This scattered everything that was inside the two drawers in the dresser, within the drawers.

Lori was very helpful setting up the move scheduling the time and estimating space requirements.
Bill and Trevor were friendly, hard working and careful. They offered to help with any moving needs including helping with set up. I was particularly impressed with their ability to load and unload by room taking the correct pieces to each room.
I highly recommend this team!
