Very poor scheduling and communication-can’t say enough about our mover Nate! HE changed the poor experience into an EXCELLENT ONE! Also appreciated the manager Austin making it right for us, for all the inconvenience of our move! Because of how it was all handled, we would recommend and use this company again! And NATE deserves a bonus or vacation time- he went ABOVE AND BEYOND what his job is!

The two young men that moved us were awesome. They were very hard workers and did everything very professionally. We moved into The Fountains and they had to use the elevators and had some obstacles with a large birthday party going on. They handled it beautifully and were so polite and courteous. They did everything to make us happy. We were very satisfied and would recommend them and the company to any of our friends.

The crew that moved us did an excellent job. They arrived on time, worked hard and efficiently. I want to compliment Frank and Robert as these two were outstanding. They knew what they were doing, worked carefully and worked extremely hard. They were very courteous and went out of their way to make our move go smoothly. I would use them again and would highly recommend both of them

Office team was very accommodating. Moving team was professional, worked hard, and went above and beyond to get me moved promptly and set my belongings up. Nothing negative to say at all about the experience.

Overall an okay experience. The company should have sent more men to pack stuff as it took them close to two days to pack. At the end they were all tired while moving the stuff, my family was tired, they misplaced several items (we are realizing it now). Certain items needed to go with us but they got packed and stored in the storage instead. We now have to buy new items because a)we dont have time to go back and forth to storage and b) its a huge storage unit and very hard to find what we need from the boxes. I might not hire two men with my next move as organization of my stuff and getting things done in a timely manner is my utmost priority. There were certain items broken/damaged during the move, I will see how two men and a truck covers that! Packers/movers were nice though!!

3 movers arrived over one hour late with a good truck for the job. Piano movers should know how piano legs are attached (80% of the time with locking cast iron plates). The legs must be moved 3/4" forward, backward, in, or out to release. Does no good to pound on the wrong part of the leg to release. One of the movers damaged himself by improper use of a box cutter to cut the plastic wrap. Good coverage of surfaces to avoid damage with movers blankets and plastic wrap. Be sure the pianos are securely strapped to the truck before moving - Those bungee cords are not that reliable. Move time of three and a half hours is acceptable.
