The team was outstanding, very polite and courteous.

I have used your service several times for many years and always been very pleased. The movers are extremely polite and helpful, also very patient with me during such a stressful situation.

Hired movers to pack and move household.
Currently documenting broken items and items improperly packed / handled by movers.
Electronics were simply placed in a box, on their side with no protection.
Tools dropped/ severely mishandled.
Found multiple crushed boxes from improper loaded/ unloading.

Currently auditing amount of boxes / supplies used as the charged amount appears to be artificially inflated.

Also rented TWO trailers to move items missed / overlooked by estimator/ movers.
Initially onsite estimate was GROSSLY underestimated for weight and volume.

Sending a survey request 4 times in a week is a bad way to get someone's opinion.

I needed move from Michigan to Illinois. My frien used Two Men and a Truck when they moved from North Carolina to Michigan. I contacted them to move me. The office staff was very helpful, and had someone come out to evaluate everything, on day of move they loaded my things very carefully, and delivered everything in excellent condition. The two men were very courteous. I would hire this company again if needed.

We had Alex and Josh as movers and they were BEYOND excellent. Alex was so professional, a leader of the two and extremely courteous and kind, a rarity in young people these days. HIGHLY recommend him. They made the move relaxing, enjoyable and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done efficiently and with great care. You can tell Alex takes great pride in the company he works for and it reflects in his positive attitude, going to extra mile, attention to details and overall hard work. They did an amazing job protecting our things and just overall could not have been happier. A day we dreaded turned out to be so fun. A job WELL DONE and I will definitely be recommending and using Two Men and a Truck again. THANK YOU!
