All was good except, movers misplaced glass shelves for our crystal cabinet have not yet received them, hoping they will be returned soon they are double strength glass shevels

The movers were hard working, friendly & a pleasure to work with. We really appreciate the excellent job they did. The only mishaps we found was a window screen was torn & a couple door frames were scratched (nothing unexpected). I would recommend, however that the office unlock their doors during regular business hours. When we went there to discuss moving the doors were locked & it was hard to find someone to help us. Overall we were very happy with the service & would use 2 Men & a Truck again.

After a somewhat gut wrenching start, when we were told we would only have one truck, things were solved and we had two trucks. The four movers were very polite and hard-working. Everything was moved with one mishap but considering we had many glass antique showcases and a real wood telephone booth and 8 foot curved glass display cabinet. We have been assured the damadged piece will be repaired. Thank you so much for making our move go well!

I am STILL waiting in the wonder to call me back. Items were damaged, poorly packed in the truck, work was slow and movers weren’t trained.

Missing furniture: damaged furniture; furniture not assembled correctly.

Arrived on time and was very efficient. Got moved in less time than estimated. Only mishap was ceramic lamp shade. Would recommend to anyone I know.

I am very happy with the move, but I have not heard back from anyone when I told them that a mattress was ripped. That is the only issue that I had with the move. I bought the valuation, too.

you had one guy show up that has strength to move the piano the other guy couldn't do much of anything I had help them and work with them to get the piano moved or they wouldn't even be able to do it it was poor planning on your part you should have known better

Office and moving staff were very kind. We did however have a couple of items that movers said they could not fit out of the door, which we were able to move ourselves. The truck also became stuck in our yard requiring a tow truck. We now have huge tire marks to fill and plant grass on. Everyone was very kind, and I think the movers were not prepared for the amount of stuff needing moved, but they still did it.

Everything went very well. There was one small glass lamp shade broken, but they were very apologetic and I could tell they felt bad. I would use again.
