Just to let you know we found the missing piano cord in one of our boxes and the piano does not have any casters. Jane was able to repair the minor damage to the piano. I would suggest the company invest in a set of piano movers devices. I have used them before and it makes moving a piano a lot easier. Thanks for your services!!

I would use two men and a truck again, they met our needs from beginning to end. Thank you to all the staff involved in our move!

All the men were extremely polite and seemed to listen to what I had to say. They worked very quickly and had my things loaded within an hour. Of course, it took a bit longer to unload and put the bed together and place furniture. My only problem was my headboard got cracked. I didn't notice it until I made the bed. I heard it hit the door jamb but didn't think it had done any damage. I' sure the crew had no idea either. It was just under 4 hours from start to finish.

I am very disappointed with our experience. The movers were 5.5 hours late making the rent signing and move in experience very difficult for my elderly mother. In addition, the movers did not get to the facility in time to use the appropriate entrance as all maintenance staff had left already. They literally dropped several pieces of my mother's furniture out of the truck onto the pavement. The cord on her electric recliner was ripped in half and no longer usable and there was a rip in her brand new mattress. I asked several times during the move day and during the following week to speak with the manager. He apparently was unavailable. I did not get a chance to speak with him. I did have the pleasure of speaking with the claims manager who was very apologetic and helped me with my claims.

Great job and great experience! The two guys that helped us were fantastic, and they were very nice and professional.

The crew sent to pack and move my belongings did not do so with care. The boxes were entirely way to heavy for me to move and unpack myself after the crew left and the items were not properly packed. For example, none of my dishes and glassware was wrapped in moving paper. Furthermore, a few picture frames were damaged as well as one of my dining room table chairs and the dining room table itself.

The team was efficient careful courteous and everything you'd expect
