We had the guys pack and move our things and for the most part they did a good job. I do not understand using wardrobe boxes with the flaps taped up to make the boxes so big, I realize they hold more but for those of us that are only 5’1” it was very hard to unpack them. This was also made difficult because the boxes which were almost as tall as I am were pack with other boxes which in some cases I could not even pick up.
The packing of my lamps were the biggest issues as one of the shades which is stained glass, had the glass itself break and I am unable to fix it.

Although the guys I worked with were all personable and caring. The word that the first guys did was sloppy such that the second crew remarked on how terrible the job was. None of my large items were wrapped so I have a lot of damage and it appears that no one wants to get back to me on that. Willing to take my money but not willing to make right on the several items that’s are scuffed chipped and dented.

The guys were great - they came on time, had a great attitude, and they were fast. But we noticed a couple things after the move. Desks were scuffed, showing they hadn't been protected with blankets, and one of our main filing cabinets (aluminum) was bent at the bottom so we couldn't close drawers - it took us about 2 hours with a friend to try to bend it back into place. And a water bubbler machine we had no longer worked. So, I think you are a good company and the guys were good but they need to take a little more care when they move the stuff.

Two Men and a Truck were more expensive than the other two companies we asked quotes from....we don't regret our decision to go with them! If we had to do it again, we would definitely choose them. It was money well spent. Kenny gave us outstanding customer service. We had to delay our move three days before the scheduled date due to an emergency and he was completely understanding of the situation. They arrived on time and delivered on time. With out a doubt we will become loyal customers.

When I called the company, Catherine (I think her last name is Morris) answered my call. She was so polite and professional. She took the time to answer all my questions. She also said I could call whenever I had more questions. I took her up on this. She was always helpful and never seemed bothered by my questions. She is a delight. The two men who came to move the furniture (Elmore and Ben), were very professional and were very careful with our furniture. They are hard workers doing a very difficult job. They had to load and unload and made the round trip in one day. They were always polite and answered any questions we had. We had a positive experience.
