Robert Ceballos
General Operations Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for the Southeast Florida region, with the responsibility of leading, executive planning and coordinating operational excellence for the franchises located in Miramar, Davie, Pompano Beach and Boca Raton, FL.
He started his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as Operations Manager for the Miramar location. Thereafter assuming the role as General Operations Manager in September 2015, where he has focused on building a culture of hard work, dedication, consistency, best practices, and customer service excellence within his region to expand the company brand. He has also implemented new policies to drive operational efficiency and enhance employee morale and safety practices.
Robert has more than 23 years of experience in the Operations Management field, acquired after receiving his BA in Business Administration & Finance from the Universidad de San Francisco Quito in Ecuador in 1992.
Robert resides in Plantation, FL with his two children, Robert Jr. and Arianna Ceballos. When he’s not occupied, Robert enjoys time out with his family and in the gym.
