Giving back to the community is a very important part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Pembroke Pines operation. No matter how tough we think our lives are, there is always someone out there facing challenges that are even tougher than our own. We are honored to partner with local charitable organizations such as Kids in Distress, Lighthouse for the Blind of Broward County(opens in a new window), and many more.

Movers for Moms®
Every year TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® of Miramar partners with Women in Distress of Broward County as part of our MOVERS FOR MOMS® campaign. Leading up to Mother's Day, we work with local schools, apartment complexes, real estate offices, and businesses to collect items that can be used at the facility, sold in their store to support the facility or gifts for the children to give their mothers for the holiday. This year we collected over 2500 items for Women in Distress of Broward County on behalf of MOVERS FOR MOMS®.

CHEERIODICALS
Truckie loves when Cheeriodicals comes to town! Both locally here in Miramar and Fort Lauderdale and across the country, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has helped Cheeriodicals deliver(opens in a new window) their "green boxes of cheer" to children and their families at both hospitals and other local charities bringing joy and cheer to those most in need of a smile.
CHILDREN'S HARBOR
Children's Harbor focuses on keeping foster children together with their siblings rather than sending them to separate facilities as well as providing homes for pregnant teens and new mothers from foster care to raise their babies. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently helped deliver a donated piano to their group homes as well as relocate their offices within Pembroke Pines. Children's Harbor helps keep families together.
FOREVER FAMILY
Forever Family works with local media outlets to raise awareness for children in foster care, children aging out of the system, and other issues faced by our nation's most vulnerable children. Truckie was on hand recently for a story on NBC 6 and to help move an entire bedroom set donated for a child in foster care.
JOE DIMAGGIO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
The doctors at Joe Dimaggio Children's Hospital treat children with everything from minor injuries to complex medical conditions. Truckie loves to visit and spend time with the children there.
