Our involvement was two fold: 1. Moving our furniture from our home in Connecticut , transferring from truck to container, and on to a Two Men and a Truck storage facility in Orlando, FL; 2. Moving from the storage facility to our new home in Ocala, FL. Somewhere in this process at least one box and possibly more are missing. The one we are certain about contained at least two hundred Keurig K-cups, valued at more than $100. It has taken us this long to go through the many boxes to be sure of our conclusion. Another one we are almost is missing contained table linens and kitchen accessories. Were it not for these missing items the rating would be moved from good to excellent.

Johnny and his moving crew were outstanding. Everyone with Two Men and a Truck were courteous and considerate with the entire moving experience. I highly recommend them ~ I would work with them again!

Johhny, Franklin and James were my moving team. They were so polite and professional. They worked well together and made my move seamless. I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. They took what is a very stressful event and eased the pain more than I could have expected. Those guys were great!

My experience was good until I went through my property yesterday and found that the movers had stolen an item from my dresser. I have been trying to reach customer service, but instead I reach a voicemail and had to leave a message.

I thought they were supposed to call to give me a more specific time they would arrive. I called to get a time only to find out they were on their way. It would be nice to get a call 30min to and hour before they would arrive so I wouldn’t need to sit there for the whole 3 hour window waiting and wondering when they would get there.
