Craig Baldner
General Manager
Although I am new to the franchise, I could not be more excited to join an all-star team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Orlando West. I graduated from the University of Central Florida back in 2010, and commissioned into the Unites States Army Infantry. Almost eight years later, I am back in Orlando taking the reigns on a franchise that has amazing values, customers, and employees! When I am not at the office, I like to explore all the attractions, beaches, and fine cuisine Orlando has to offer. My favorite professional saying is, "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast," which means take the time to do it right!

Johnny Mendoza
Operations Manager
I have been with the Orange County West team for nearly three years now. I started out as a mover in the satellite office at Leesburg and have slowly worked my way up the ranks. I look forward to now serving as the Operations Manager for the great staff and crew in Orlando West. Before working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, I served four years in the United States Marine Corps. Two of those years were spent overseas on the beautiful island of Okinawa, Japan. When I am not in the office, I like to enjoy my free time by going to the beaches, go bowling, and attend car meets. A quote I will never forget was told to my mentor in the USMC and he said “There is no wrong way of doing anything, just right and again,” which means if you’re going to do anything do it the right way the first time!

Jabari Bussey
In-Home Consultant
I have been working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for over a year now. The best part of working here is that there is the opportunity for growth within the company and also that I can be confident in the service that I am selling to our customers. Outside of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, I like listening and making music and also DJ occasionally.
If I could offer any words of wisdom it would be "Carpe Diem" which means to seize the day and take advantage of present opportunities.

Customer Service Representative
I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK November 2017. Although I'm new to Orlando and the company, I love it already. The culture at Orlando West is incredible. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. I started out as a mover and I wanted to see different aspects of the company. So, Craig Baldner, our GM worked with me to help me become a CSR. It's amazing to be on both sides, booking the moves than actually going out on the moves. I'm extremely happy with the unique position I'm in! In my spare time, I like to play lacrosse and go to music festivals. I preach positivity and good vibes. If I can make at least one person smile every day, I will always be happy!

I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® March 2015 and it has been a great experience so far. My favorite part of the work day is anytime I get to help take some of the stress out of moving for people that call in. When I am not helping customers, I enjoying playing music with my band around Central Florida. My favorite quote is, “Do all things without complaining or arguing”.

I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK October 2017 and so far, this company has exceeded my expectations! I am currently a student working on my marketing and psychology degrees. I have been in sales for about 3 years now and absolutely love it, I have a passion for people. This company’s values match very well with my personal values, so working here doesn’t even feel like a regular 9-5 job! When I am not providing customers with estimates I spend my spare time with my family, working at the art studio or relaxing at one of our many beautiful beaches. One Italian proverb my grandfather always taught me was “secondo la misura che farai, misurator ancor sarai” which means to treat others as you would like to be treated!
