To be honest, I had another moving company scheduled to move our furniture. The day before our move this other company called to confirm our move but they had the wrong date on their calendar -- never mind the fact that they had sent me written confirmation when I scheduled the move with the correct date. After a recommendation from a co-worker, I placed a call to Two Men and A Truck and they worked me in as I had to move and be out of my home the next day. Two Men and a Truck were awesome! The men called to let me know they were on their way; they were on time and they worked very hard on a very hot. Thank you Two Men and a Truck!

We have used Two Men and a Truck before and had a much better recperience. The movers from our most recent move did not work as efficiently. Pricing must have also changed from the last time we moved because we were charged more for the same move time. We won’t be using this service again.

My wife and I used Two Men and a Truck for our last move, but it was a different location. We had a good experience that time and while they did damage two pieces of furniture, the replacement, reimbursement process was easy and quick. This time however, my wife's dresser was wrapped up and moved with the full drawers still in it and the dresser just couldn't handle it and it now sways back and forth and is no longer stable enough to use. My wife filled out the on-line form reporting the damage and then called an left a VM describing it. She finally spoke with someone who said they would open the claim and get back to her. She has had to follow up a number of times and has found it extremely hard to get in touch with the office even during normal business hours. Still not fixed.

The overall move was fine, the two guys were nice and did what needed to be done. Only complaint was the speed of service, I understand I was probably the last move of the day and you pay for the time they need to move your items but there was very little hustle. I had very few items moved and for the price I paid I could have sold all my items and purchased and entirely new set with free delivery from Rooms To Go/Ashley's/etc.

Guys who moved me were polite and did a great job. I had damage to 2 of my pieces of furniture. Terrible customer service regarding my damage from the Orlando office. I have initiated all calls/correspondence and have received no communication in return. My move was on 7/21 and I am no farther along with my claim than I was when I woke up that morning. I would never recommend your company to anyone for a move. I just want my furniture fixed and someone to act like I exist. Begging isn't my strong suit.

I had Two Men + A Truck come out before to move the same stuff and nothing was damaged or broken. This time a few of my items were damaged and now have to be thrown away. They took a chunk of paint out of my newly painted walls and damaged the sides of my dresser. They took longer than last time and moved the same amount of stuff. One guy answered his phone and talked to his friend. Extremely disappointed. I spent over $600 and it shouldn't have take as long as it did. I eventually just had them place everything in one room and I had to move boxes upstairs myself.

The two men that helped my mom & I were superb! Before they left my driveway I called and spoke with their manager. These guys showed up and called saying they were about 30 min. away. They introduced themselves, were well spoken, had manners and were clean themselves. They took great care of our items. Just a little pricey for me but well worth it after all!

Arrival time great! Movers were very knowledgeable. Did not waste time. Paid attention to my concerns. Stop the clock when the rain hindered the move, was quick to resume move when weather permitting. Office staff did not explain to disconnect washer & dryer& that cost me money. A mishap with my washer, need to find my glass table top. I would use them again if I got the same moving team!
