I contacted corporate and Michael from Orlando West contacted me. We were moving a toy and blanket collection from the central Florida area to Port St Joe, FL which has suffered greatly as a result of Hurricane Michael. The company donated the move and a friend donated the per diem. Two Men and a Truck were wonderful, cheerful, professional. They deserve heartfelt recognition in helping to brighten the lives of the children of Gulf County Florida this Christmas. Best Elves Ever!

I have used other moving services before, but after such a wonderful experience with Two Men and Truck I will use them again and again! My movers were so upbeat and receptive to my very picky requests! I am a small, young female and I LOVED their professionalism, as I have had some issues in the past! My only problem was the truck was too small for my needs, I believe I completed the survey correctly.. probably would have been better to have a representative come to my house before the move.

Great experience from the first call all the way through until the final box was in our new home.
Jabari was great with the estimating and planning.
Milburn and his crew(Franklin,Belt,Young and Mauras) were professional,quick moving,respectful group of guys. I would request this exact same crew in the future for any moving needs. Just an overall OUTSTANDING group. I have always used Two Men and a Truck for all my moves. I have used them in California,Colorado and now Florida. The Florida team should be out there teaching other locations how its done. I have always had great moves with this company. This one was nothing short of excellent. Thanks again for all the hard work!

All things were good except 2 issues.
The person on the phone said that the drawers would be taped/shrink wrapped before moving...that was not the case. One of my dresser drawers was damaged. I did not see it until after they left!
They also turned my desk sideways, unnecessarily, because it did not fit through the door sideways. Everything in the drawers fell into the desk cavity...
They then determined that it would only fit through the door in the upright position. That was disappointing/frustrating!
The rest of the experience was favorable.

They were 15 minutes late, but they called to let me know. When they arrived they asked me to show them what they were to move and then they started. It was a pleasure to watch them work without any lost motion. They finished the unload the same way. They did the job in less time than I thought possible. Great experience for me.

The office never asked if we needed any packing. They never asked about mattresses or anything for that matter so the team was not prepared and so we had to move items in our car that was not planned
