I called on Saturday morning requesting a Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning move. By the end of the call we set up the move, and I knew approximately how much time it would take and how much it would cost me. The estimated time came within 15 minutes, which was good for my pocketbook! The team was very professional, and handled my belongings gently. They lifted heavy furniture and boxes to the second floor effortlessly, and placed all furniture and boxes in the appropriate room. Most importantly, there was no damage to the carpet or walls while they carried my belongings into a newly constructed house. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and I’m a repeat customer. Two Men And A Truck has a loyal customer in me!

We were very happy with Two Men & A Truck...called to schedule after getting an estimate. The staff scheduling did an efficient job of confirming date & time. The movers called when they were about a 1/2 hour away and arrived promptly. The movers did a great job loading the furniture and boxes and unloading and placing the items in the new location. I was in a situation which required an immediate small move. For some reason I thought that another, small local moving company could handle it but BOY! was I wrong. Having scheduled my move, within an hour they were rescheduling me and then did not call and did not show up. I got a apology and an offer of a discount of $20 and a reschedule for the next day. When they did not show up again I began calling them and they have yet to answer their phone. Stressed and disappointed I called TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, which I know that I should have done in the first place.
After explaining that I was running out of time, the office staff got me scheduled for the next day and the moving staff was AWESOME. I've learned my lesson and from now on, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK will get ALL my business.

From the first phone call to the actual moving day EVERY SINGLE PERSON that I either had phone conversations with or dealt with in person could not have been more understanding and helpful to my particular situation. This business is a well oiled machine and a top notch professional business. They care and in today’s market, it is well appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Quick, easy and drama free. Everything I needed during an otherwise very stressful time.

Would tell them where to place something then find it elsewhere in several instances. Did not plug in the sofa, had to move the 12 ft long sectional (connected together) and climb back there myself. One of them moved in slow motion and kept sighing like it was all too much. This particular person wrapped a pad around my dining table without removing the glass top. When the others lifted it it slid off, fortunately it didn't break. I had put red stickers on some things not to move. Explained several times. They kept leaving other things behind as well. I could go on. Overall don't think I saw a smile all day, the attitude was not pleasant. Definitely not my most easy/pleasant move with Two Men.

Broke a leg off our desk, to gouges in our screen room sofa, and a gouge in the utility room door.

We loved our experience. They arrived on time and finished on time. They were very friendly and did a great job!

Fabulous moving experience!!! Would highly recommend.
