My team was professional, however unprepared. The team did not have paper to wrap fragile items and resorted to using my personal inventory of brown paper grocery bags and torn up boxes to wrap/cushion some of my belongings. This led to some items breaking.

The connectors to my sectional were not removed prior to loading and broke off. The team took pictures of the broken pieces and told me that I would receive a call for someone to come out and replace the parts. I have not received a phone call.

The team also ran out of boxes. The number of boxes listed in the estimate is not the number of boxes that were brought to my home.

The office staff was helpful, the moving team was nice but I would not recommend the company to family and friends after this experience.

Fast, took care in handling items. Polite, estimate was close to final total no surprises.

I absolutely loved my moving team! Such great guys and very accommodating to my needs of items going to storage or home. They were terrific!

The guys who helped me move were such great guys. So helpful and courteous. They truly saved me on short notice in a very difficult situation. I won't ever use anyone else for future moves. They were outstanding!

We had an unusual situation which was moving our room- an heirloom dinning room set out of state. My son-in-law was from out of state and rented a truck from that state to bring down (FL) my daughter and son-in-law's set. Your guys helped us to wrap and secure our set which was a bit tricky as there were two large wood and glass circular corner hutches and large buffet, table and chairs.
Your men who helped us were considerate, knowledgeable, polite, and had a great personality. And also, were here at the time requested.
Our family is very happy with this unusual move. It was all done in a timely manner and successful trip for our cherished family dinning room set. Thank you Ryan, for the professional help, and successful, affordable trip. Melody

Everyone I dealt with provided excellent service from Taylor and Michael in the office to the three movers. I will recommend to others. The movers were efficient and used care in moving my furniture. They were all pleasant and professional. You have a good team!

My experience was pretty great.. the office worked my ever changing moving date, as well as change of location. The delivery team was amazing.. they were very polite and respectful.. I was impressed by their quickness.. the team had walk up 2 flights of stairs with large heavy furniture.. There was only one small incident - they broke the leg off one of the TVs.. but the rest of the furniture had no damage.. I would totally recommend the company.. they did an amazing job..

Damaged lamps and mirror because of poor packing on the movers part and the office staff didn’t care about the damage. They gave me a modest discount that wasn’t even close to the cost of the damages. I understand that things happen but the non- caring attitude of the office staff was terrible. I will never use 2 men and a truck again and i will make sure to share my feelings with others. All the office staff needed to do was take care of the repairs caused by the careless handling of their employees. Not the way to run a business in today’s world where we consumers have lots of choices and customer loyalty is very important to grow a business
