All things were good except 2 issues.
The person on the phone said that the drawers would be taped/shrink wrapped before moving...that was not the case. One of my dresser drawers was damaged. I did not see it until after they left!
They also turned my desk sideways, unnecessarily, because it did not fit through the door sideways. Everything in the drawers fell into the desk cavity...
They then determined that it would only fit through the door in the upright position. That was disappointing/frustrating!
The rest of the experience was favorable.

They were 15 minutes late, but they called to let me know. When they arrived they asked me to show them what they were to move and then they started. It was a pleasure to watch them work without any lost motion. They finished the unload the same way. They did the job in less time than I thought possible. Great experience for me.

The office never asked if we needed any packing. They never asked about mattresses or anything for that matter so the team was not prepared and so we had to move items in our car that was not planned

I was in a dire situation and two men and a truck came through to help me, though an hour later than first scheduled. They moved my heavy things in and set up what they could. I am thankful God provided their time and effort to help us.

The team was EXCELLENT. There was an issue with the truck so they needed to get a rental and I was promptly called to be informed that the guys would be there about 9:15am. I was very impressed with the communication. The guys that showed up were super friendly, very professional, and did a terrific job. They were efficient and didn't waste any time to drag out the clock since the service is hourly.

I really don't know what to say I had a very large armoire very heavy upstairs that needed to be moved downstairs it is an awkward turn these gentlemen had it done in 20 minutes without hitting anything they were actually looking if they can help me move more because I had time they were fun to hang around with upbeat and just did an amazing job I had that same piece moved into this house when I purchased it it took the other men over two hours and a vent had to be removed vent cover these guys again 20 minutes with no problem they were on time and eager to work
