Overall experience good though they did break the leg off my potting table & the side hanger. The trim on an antique dresser isntitally missing. They were hard working & polite. I had a 200# concrete table top they moved with no damage. Only complaint is the truck wasn't large enough as we had some large & odd shaped items to move which we ended moving ourselves.

Overall very satisfied with the service, however, disappointed in the loss of a dresser top.

The move was completed quickly but the team moving my furniture damaged the stairway wall bring the furniture from the second floor. I filled out a damage report and was told I should be contacted in about 2 days. A week went by and I received no call. I then contacted the national office about my issues. The we’re going to contact my local office and told me to give them two business days to respond. That was a week ago today. I paid an additional $80 fee for damages. And I am expecting to have that payment refunded, since your local office is not standing behind their work.

The office staff was good.
The movers scared my door and didn’t say a thing about it.
Not very professional.

Item was damaged upon delivery. I haven’t been contacted regarding resolution. Nightstand drawer is damaged beyond repair.

Not happy because I was overcharged and I’ve reached out quite a few times to Ryan who promised someone would reach out to me and I haven’t heard back yet. Our furniture ess also damaged. I have submitted a disputed with American Express

We have used Two Men and a Truck twice before in different cities in Florida. We have found their movers are professionals, polite and most of all careful handling our furniture and household items. Would recommend them to everyone.

We had a really great experience using two men and a truck. The office was extremely kind and very helpful and we really felt comfortable with the company from the start. The guys who packed and moved were super courteous and friendly and had great attitudes. We had a couple of small (very minor) damages but nothing to really complain about - if we had moved ourselves we would have had far more damage to our stuff and ourselces

The movers were courteous and very efficient in packing and unloading the truck.

Loved the 2nd day team - 4 men moved us upstairs faster than 5 men, the day previous, moved us out of single floor. We were told we'd have 4 men both days. Surprised to see 5 men the first day. Very disappointed that 2 of the 5 were not dedicated workers like the other 3 (supervisor agreed) -- and we were charged for all 5! Some furniture was dinged and scratched. Men needed our 3 rolls of packing tape; they came with just 1 partial roll of their own. If we have to provide tape, that should be noted up front; even better, please provide your team with necessary supplies. We have a funky Ikea trundle bed that they were able to disassemble, move and reassemble -- impressive!
