Movers went to wrong storage address in meeting us, despite having actual address on the form.
Movers were professional and moved the items without problem and were willing to work.
One of the items was dropped and broken. Have not heard from the company since about replacement.
The broken item was caused one of the associates who moved us.

The team did a great job. They worked hard and fast and took great care of my belongings. My only complaint is that I am missing a glass table top from one of my end tables. I called the driver back but he didn't return my call. I have since placed a call to customer service.

I still have not heard back about my broken end table that was written up during my move?

The movers loaded up the truck quickly. I was impressed with how quickly they worked and I was impressed. We moved to a third floor apartment and there was some complaining about being hot and tired but I understand because it is Florida. It is hot. And they were working very hard. There were a few nicks and dings we found after our furniture was moved so that was a little disappointing but we mostly have cheap Ikea furniture so we didn't mind too much. I think if I had more expensive pieces of furniture I would either buy more services or find someone else to care for the pieces a bit better. Overall happy with the quick efficiency of the team though.

I had a leather chair that was damaged and the moving team reported it, however I have not been contacted about how the repairs will be resolved. Please give me information. This damage although unfortunate, I want to state that it was not because the team was careless, because they were. Unfortunately the chair was damaged. Again please contact me regarding resolution. Other than that the move was great.

While I was happy with the service as I had used before, this time two of the three team members were apparently new and did not understand proper care of the furniture.
The newbies move slowly and we’re told repeatedly not to DRAG furniture. The result was a leg broken on a $700 dresser that is part of a $4,000 set that has been discontinued. We have high hopes that a strong repair can be done to this piece.

The men dropped a couple of boxes as a result damaging the content.

The gentlemen were great and accommodating with the move, they never had issues, and were very courteous. They moved everything that was requested, and worked to have the items arrive all intact. We did have broken glass, and a broken dial on the Grill but all in all minor in comparison to the value of other products that were transported. We thank them for all the hard work and will always have them as my movers.

1st use was great
this time 1 1/2 late and broken tv table that had to be repair by a wood working specialist. also i had to repair a wall that was plaster was broken during the move

Arrived late. Took very long to load the truck. Destroyed one floor lamp. Ruined expensive, irreplaceable dining room table. Damaged armoir. Didn't assemble bed correctly. Didn't assemble entertainment center at all (didn't know how, even though they disassembled it). Job not complete in several respects. Unable to move refrigerator; didn't have tools. Job took double the estimated time. We are quite unhappy; move was a nightmare. Need personal visit from manager to our new home to look at and discuss situation. ASAP.
