The quote for the move I received over the phone was only half what the actual move cost! It appears their method for estimates is not even close. We moved into a small 2 bedroom condo in the same neighborhood less than a mile away. It seems pretty egregious to quote a customer less than half what the actual cost was. The movers were great and took care with our furniture, however a coffee table was damaged during the move. The table sustained damage that was beyond repair and had to be thrown out. Amber followed up on the damaged table and offered a check for $18 to replace. She stated we did not pay for their extra insurance service. The movers were devastated about the damaged table, but apparently the company was not. Do not recommend. Far more moving companies out there.

Movers did a good job and were efficient. However when they were moving a copy machine that was heavy it fell over from the ramp and destroyed the machine I know accidents happen but feel this could have been avoided.

My experience with the office staff was excellent the movers they were complaining from the moment they arrived about how big my furniture is they also wasn't very careful moving my furniture so I had a lot of scratches all over my furniture I was told a manager was going to contact me and I still haven't heard anything yet I even paid for the extra insurance .

The movers damaged four furniture pieces. I called the office to request repair send pictures filled out a report.
I received a response back to two men and a truck have decided not to cover some of my items. The reason I was told was that the item that they decided not to cover was made of fabric. They damage the couch on a scene and it told me they won’t cover it. I paid for the optional additional insurance and I’m extremely disappointed first that my items were damaged and secondly that two men and a truck think that the items that were in two men and a truck position were optional for coverage when there were clearly damaged it. I would request someone from senior leader ship contact me to resolve this issue .

Your movers were constantly disagreeing on what to do causing this move to be longer then necessary; lacked coordination and caused this move to be longer. To add insult had damage to furniture that was not necessary

Hello, the office staff (Ryan) was wonderful. He explained everything to me. The day of the move was so-so. The two gentlemen were courtesies, however a little sloppy with my property. I bought them each a drink from McDonald's as it was a very warm day. They tried to take too many boxes at once and twice a box fell off their dolly and the contents spilled out. They broke one of the rubber made container lids by piling on too many boxes on top of each other on the dolly. Though they put a protective cover on the table top of my dining room table. They did not do so on the legs and now I have nick marks on the legs. I have tried to call Ryan in regards to this move, however they are closed due to the Hurricane. Over-all it was okay, my stuff got moved.

First crew was pathetic: Hole in wall, damaged furniture, argued with each other often, had to listen to mover’s music, one mover stood around most of the day and did little to no work. Company sent in second set of movers whose were amazing and made a positive impact. Delivery movers were good. Still haven’t received my workout bar from move, I saw it placed in truck. Office crew was great to work with and stepped up customer service when things started going wrong.

One mover, bald with glasses, was very negligent in how he handled the furniture. Instead of using a team lift approach for our switchback staircase, he decided to lift a heavy nightstand on his own, in a way that blocked his line of sight to the walls and railing. He proceeded to plow into the wall damaging the drywall. I had to talk to him about how negligent that was and he didn’t even apologize.
Truck was parked so that offloaded furniture angled down the ramp into our garage door. Of course, damage was caused to the door when they hit it with the furniture.
No opportunity was made to ensure I was happy with the placement of a heavy adjustable bed before they framed it in and left. I will now have to take the bed apart to shift it over. If only they had asked...
