Move was not knowledgeable on moving furniture, specifically how to position furniture to move out the doorways.
One of the movers was more like an answering service, every time his phone rang regardless of what he had in his hand he had to stop and answer it.
He was loud and Vocal with his personal comments while walking down the hallway of the new destination. I asked him to stop

We only had a 3 mile move, had everything packed up and ready to go, just needed help with the bulky items..
We were door to door in a little over an hour.
The team was very personable, and 10 minutes early!! That does NOT happen in South Florida often.
The office staff was very proactive with communicating.
I will not hesitate to use them again.

The work crew that was assigned to me was very friendly and professional. They treated my items with care and respectfully handle every item. I definitely would recommend them two friends and family.

Moving can be stressful. The first conversation with Kenny in the office put me at ease. He listened to my stories and answered all my questions professionally and personally. There was the phone call the night before from Vilnet and again in the morning as he and Toney arrived at the pickup site. I was in great hands. They took care, were experienced, helpful, and made moving a good experience!
