Kat first came to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as an Accounting Assistant in February of 2013. Her attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects led to her transition to the Operations Department. Now heading up the flagship Fort Lauderdale office she can be found assisting customers, scheduling trucks, and leading our movers. When not supervising the best movers in South Florida she can be found at home chasing after her two daughters.

Multi-Unit Sales Manager
Lesley has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® since 2012 when she started as a Customer Service Representative. She moved into the In-Home Consultant position before being promoted into the Sales Manager position she currently holds. Her background prior to joining TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was in public relations, public service, management and fundraising, giving her a special insight into ascertaining the customer’s needs. Her favorite Core Value is Integrity. As the Senior Manager over the Customer Service Representatives of the Fort Lauderdale, Miramar, Pompano Beach, and Boca Raton locations, working with the Customer Service Representatives to attain their goals is the best part of her job. In her off time, Lesley spends her time with family and enjoys doing crafts with her grandsons, reading, cooking and her three Shih Tzu puppies.

Bridget Lopez
Customer Service Representative
A former preschool teacher, Bridget Lopez has been a Customer Service Representative with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for more than four years. She likes the fact that she has been with the franchise long enough to have seen it grow into what it is today. The “Grandma Rule” was the first thing that caught her eye when she interviewed for the position of CSR. “I was reviewing the company and that really made me interested”, she says. “I do try to treat everyone as the Grandma Rule states, one of our own!” In her spare time, Bridget spends as much time outdoors with her three children and husband enjoying the Florida sunshine!

Multi-Unit Finance Director
As TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Multi-Unit Finance Director, Bonnie Campos is responsible for keeping clear and precise records for the entire Broward, Fort Lauderdale, and Boca Raton territories. Prior to coming to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Bonnie spent 32 years as Chief Financial Officer for a dancewear and costume manufacturing company. She then spent 7 years assisting businesses filing for bankruptcy. Bonnie has two favorite core values. Integrity is an integral part of her character and job description, also all of her outside interests involve giving back to the community.
Jennifer Ballesteros
Multi-Unit Finance Assistant
After spending 15 years in the banking industry, Finance Assistant Jennifer Ballesteros has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for almost two years. Currently in school for her Business Finance degree, her hobbies include reading, dancing, singing, and spending time with her family. Her favorite TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Core Value is CARE. "I am a firm believer in having and showing compassion for people and I know we all have a different story that contributes to who we are in our daily life."

Robert Ceballos
General Manager
Robert Ceballos is the General Operations Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for the Southeast Florida region, with the responsibility of directing, planning and coordinating operational excellence for the franchises in Miramar, Davie, Pompano Beach and Boca Raton, FL. Robert began his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as Operations Manager is our Miramar location. After assuming the role as General Operations Manager in September 2015, he has strived to create consistency, best practices, and customer service excellence within his region to maximize revenue opportunities and growth. He has also implemented new policies to drive operational efficiency and build employee morale and safety practices. Robert has more than 23 years’ experience in the Operations Management field acquired after receiving his BA in Business Administration & Finance from the Universidad de San Francisco Quito in Ecuador in 1992. Robert lives in Plantation, FL with his two children, Robert Jr. and Arianna. When he’s not working, Robert enjoys time at the gym, social activities, and practicing sports with his two children.
